In 2016, he published a Spanish translation of Intangibles, making it the first baseball psychology book to be published in Spanish.

In 2016, Geoff left Winning Mind to join the Philadelphia Phillies baseball operations department. Geoff spent 2016-2021 building and leading the Phillies mental skills team, working with Major League players and staff, assisting player development at each level in the minor leagues, and providing psychological evaluations of potential draft selections to the scouting department.
